Includes bail on inside of cap for attaching shackle. When cover is rotated, a foul weather seal is achieved. Safety chain secures cap to base. Slots provide for up to 1” diameter line and up to 3/8” chain. Either can be secured with the cap on. Cap w/chain is available separately. (Fasteners not included)
